Shipping destinations and cost
Synthex Labs offers free tracked shipping to all 50 United States. We currently do not ship outside the United States.
Processing time
Orders with confirmed payment received before 2:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day are processed and handed to the carrier the same business day. Orders confirmed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on U.S. holidays begin processing on the next business day. Manual payment orders begin processing only after payment is verified.
Delivery estimate
Standard transit is estimated at 2–3 business days after carrier handoff. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may change because of carrier, weather, holiday, or destination conditions. APO, FPO, and military destinations may require 2–4 weeks.
Carrier and tracking
Orders ship by USPS or an equivalent tracked carrier service. Tracking information is emailed after dispatch. Please check spam or promotions folders if the message is not visible.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact support@synthexlabsusa.com immediately if a correction is needed. Changes may not be possible after processing or dispatch.
Missing or delivered packages
If tracking shows a package as delivered but it cannot be located, check with household members and the local carrier office, then contact support. Carrier-delivered packages are not automatically eligible for a refund or replacement; each report is reviewed using the tracking record.
