Return eligibility
Because of the nature of these products, returns are accepted only when the item is unopened, unused and in its original sealed packaging. A return request must be submitted within three days after delivery and no later than 30 days after purchase.
Return authorization
Every return requires a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Email support@synthexlabsusa.com with the order number, item and reason for the request before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Return shipping and restocking
The customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend using an insured, trackable service. Approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Standard outbound shipping is free and therefore has no separate amount to refund.
Non-returnable orders
Opened or used products, broken seals, damaged packaging, requests outside the stated window, orders sent to an address entered incorrectly by the customer, packages confirmed delivered by the carrier, and orders restricted by applicable law are not eligible for a standard return.
Damaged or incorrect items
Report an item received damaged or incorrect within three days of delivery. Include the order number and clear photographs of the product and shipping package so support can review the issue.
Refunds
After an authorized return is received and inspected, the customer is notified of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days, less any applicable restocking fee, using the original payment method when available or another agreed method for manual payments.
